Shifts Available: First 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Second Shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, or Third Shift 9:30 pm - 6:00 am
Position Description:
We are an electronics manufacturing company located in North San Diego County looking for a hardworking and quick learning-motivated individual for a PCB fabrication trainee position. For this entry-level position, we're looking for individuals who work well in teams but are also able to work independently. The trainee will learn workstation fabrication operations including drill/routing, plating, lamination, and PCB inspection as well as the manufacturing processes. Opportunities for advancement into a career position.
Current Open Positions:
Cell 1 - Material Release, product Imaging / developing
Cell 2 - NC Drill / Rout and HAAS Operator
Cell 3 - Wet Processes, Panel Hold Fill, and planarization processes
Cell 4 - Solder Mask, Legend, and final finishes
Minimum Qualifications:
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt and learn new processes and procedures are a must.
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Ability to process high school-level mathematics
- Ability to work together as part of a team under limited supervision or independently
Beneficial Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Required Internal Training:
- HCI Orientation
- All pertaining process procedures that relate to job function
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
