Position Type: Full-time

Shift Hours: First 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Position Description:

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties including cleaning and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the company's business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Clean machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret equipment manuals/ work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• Perform daily and routine maintenance
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and hand tools in performing duties
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Stock and replenish a variety of filters, replacement parts, and cleaning supplies in an organized, orderly way.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 months of equivalent experience in facilities and janitorial
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
• Understanding of hazardous chemicals and GHS standards  
• Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications Etc. (preferred but not required)
• Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to read, interpret and follow repair manuals and instructions
• Ability to work together as part of a team under limited supervision or independently
• Commitment to company values.

Required Internal Training:

• HCI Orientation
• All pertaining process procedures that relate to job function

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration.  The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock.
